Yes! Flighty requires different MiCrew settings than TrackMyPilot. To use both applications:

  • On one device, set up MiCrew to sync and configure it to work with Flighty
  • On another device, set up MiCrew to sync and configure it to work with TrackMyPilot

Yes! TrackMyPilot uses all secure HTTPS connections to protect your data. Security features include:

  • A unique link is generated for sharing and displaying your calendar
  • If your link is ever compromised, you can recycle the unique code from your dashboard
  • Recycling the code removes access to anyone who previously had it

To reset your password:

  • Visit the login page and click Forgot your password?
  • Enter the email address associated with your account
  • Check your email for a password reset link
  • Follow the link to create a new password

Note: Make sure you have added your email address to your profile in the dashboard for password resets to work.

If you need to change your calendar view link for security reasons or any other purpose:

  • Log in to your account and visit the Dashboard
  • Click the Reset Unique ID button
  • A new unique link will be generated
  • Update this new link in your display devices (DAKboard, Home Assistant, etc.)

TrackMyPilot currently works with Delta Air Lines, but we have plans to move forward with many others! If your Airline works with FlightCrew View or Flighty, it will work with TrackMyPilot! Please fill out the Interested Form and we will contact you about including your Airline!

Yes! TrackMyPilot offers several customization options:

  • Dark Mode: Toggle between light and dark themes
  • Background Images: Choose from a variety of pre-set images for different event types or upload your own custom images
  • Timezone Display: Set your preferred timezone for viewing your schedule

All customization options are available in your Dashboard.

TrackMyPilot updates information from the MiCrew calendar every 10 minutes when the calendar view is being displayed somewhere. The current event - rotation, layover, vacation, etc. - is updated between every 5 minutes and 2 hours based on how dynamic the event is.
